• Lift the bow during the rest and reset near the frog • Avoid noises when resetting the bow • Control the tip while in the air with finger leverage– pinky works • Maintain the string angle while bow is in the air • The tip and frog will make the same size “circle” • Rebalance finger leverage after touchdown– pinky relaxes • Limit the size of the “circle”– no larger than necessary • Tempo and dynamic will govern the size of the “circle”
